The buckle & rivets we use on this belt are made of solid brass! We start by using a naturally tanned black  8 - 10 ounce tannery ''drum died'' belt leather that we have used for years now & are absolutely sure will not bleed onto the rest of  your costume, like the ones those amateur costumers make.
